Important Information
Tickets are mobile and will be sent to the email address on file from UNLV Tickets starting on Friday, July 5th.
How to Access Tickets:
To access your tickets, follow the instructions on the UNLV Mobile Ticketing Page.
Ticketing Information:
- Printouts and screenshots will not be accepted at entry.
- We recommend downloading the tickets to a mobile wallet (i.e., Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) before arriving at the Thomas & Mack Center.
- Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.
Orders Paid by Sunday, June 30th
- Tickets will be emailed by Friday, July 5th.
Orders Paid On/After Sunday, June 30th
- Tickets will be emailed by doors open on the day of attendance included in your package.
Non-U.S. Residents
If your billing address resides outside the United States, you can only access and download tickets using a U.S.-based internet connection. Non-U.S. residents must be within the U.S. to use the UNLV ticketing system.

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Thomas & Mack Center management reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests in accordance with the center eviction policy.
Doors open to the public one hour before the event start time. Visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of an event. Be aware that any change in this policy should be noted on the ticket.
