NBA Experiences offers Official Experiences & Ticket Packages every year to NBA All-Star, NBA Draft Combine, NBA Finals, NBA Draft, and NBA Summer League. We also activate at a select number of NBA Global Games each year.
No. NBA Experiences does not sell individual, regular season game tickets for NBA teams.
Official Experiences & Ticket Packages can be purchased online at nbaexperiences.com. If you want to purchase offline, you can call 866.619.3373 and speak to one of our Sales Representatives.
Our tickets come directly from the NBA through our official partnership, guaranteeing 100% ticket authenticity.
Easy payment terms* (i.e. split payments in increments) are available with NBA Experiences. Please check with your Sales Representative or listed prices online on how to avail of our easy payment plans. .

Yes, for online purchases, there is a maximum of 10 Official Ticket Packages per transaction. For purchases of more than 10 packages, please fill out our form or call 866.619.3373 for booking.
Package inclusions vary based on event and package type. Packages typically include tickets to the event, NBA EXP Lounge hospitality, player and Legend meet & greets, behind the scene tours and other access that you can’t get anywhere else.
Where can I get information on supplementary services such as additional hotel night stays, tours, parties and transportation?

Package inclusions vary based on event and package type. Ground transportation may be included in ticket packages that include hotel accommodations. If your package does not include transportation and/or parking, you may add these services if they are available for your event by contacting an NBA Experiences event specialist at 866.619.3373.
Can I customize my official experience & ticket package with other experiences for myself or my group?
Our event specialists are standing by to help you with all of your travel needs. Complete our online form or call 866.619.3373 and an event specialist from NBA Experiences will help you find the Official Ticket Package that is right for you!
Tickets will be sent via a mobile ticketing platform prior to the event. Any physical package elements, like hospitality access passes, are typically shipped within 3 weeks of the event via 2-Day shipping, signature required.
For credit card and online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.
Will Call is typically not available, however, NBA Experiences staff have an office on-site at most events where tickets and credentials can be picked up prior to the event. Please contact an NBA Experiences event specialist at 866.619.3373 to request this option.
Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.
If I am unable to attend the event after purchase or in the event cancellation, will I receive a refund?
All sales are final. If the event is canceled for unforeseen circumstances, NBA Experiences will work with the event organizer to try to reclaim all or a portion of your purchase. Please check the terms & conditions in your purchase agreement for the specific event cancellation policy.
Seating locations vary by event and package type. Please refer to our package pages or your order to view the seating section included with your package.
Selecting specific seats online is not possible. However, you can send us your request/preference when ordering tickets and we will do our best to satisfy your demand.
No, there is no required guest code at any event. Casual and comfortable attire is suggested – or your favorite player’s jersey! If you are attending an event like the Legend Dinner, we will communicate with you post-purchase to ensure that you know the attire necessary.
