For the health and safety of all involved in the event, all fans attending ticketed events at NBA All-Star 2022 on February 18-20 must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot) and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test – from either a PCR or molecular test collected up to two days prior to the day of the first event they attend, or a rapid antigen test collected on the day of the first event they attend.

Some on-site experiences require enhanced protocols. All guests attending a hospitality event with an NBA Legend appearance, on court photo, behind the scenes tour, or red carpet must:

  1. Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot);
  2. Have received a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, if eligible; AND
  3. Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test – from either a PCR or molecular test collected up to two days prior to the day of the first event they attend, or a rapid antigen test collected on the day of the first event they attend.

As of today, a mask advisory is in effect throughout the City of Cleveland and masks are strongly recommended but not required 15’ and further from the court inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Wolstein Center. Masks are also strongly recommended inside Public Auditorium. Please plan to bring a mask with you in case the situation changes and masks become required.

Yes, for online purchases, the maximum is 10 Official Ticket Packages per transaction. For transactions more than 10, please fill out our form or call +1.866.619.3373 for booking.

Package inclusions vary based on event and package type. Packages typically include tickets to the event, VIP hospitality, meet & greets and other exclusive access.

Package inclusions vary based on event and package type. Ground transportation may be included in ticket packages that include hotel accommodations. If your package does not include transportation and/or parking, you may add these services if they are available for your event by contacting an NBA Experiences event specialist at +1.866.619.3373.

Packages are typically sent within 3 weeks of the event via 2-Day shipping, signature required.

For credit card and online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

No, shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

Will Call is typically not available, however, NBA Experiences staff have an office on-site at most events where tickets and credentials can be picked up prior to the event. Please contact an NBA Experiences event specialist +1.866.619.3373 to request this option.

Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.

All sales are final. If the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, NBA Experiences will work with the event organizer to try to reclaim all or a portion of your purchase. Please check the terms & conditions in your purchase agreement for the specific event cancellation policy.

Seating locations vary by event and package type. Please refer to your order to view the seating section included with your package.

Selecting specific seats online is not possible. However, you can send us your request/preference when ordering tickets and we will do our best to satisfy your demand.

No, there is no required guest code at any event. Casual and comfortable attire is suggested.
